Commission

At the moment I offer these services to you:

• Creating an Avatar (30 €)

• Creating a Logo (60 €)

• Painting an Illustration (90 €)

If you hire me, you will:

• get the original/high resolution .png image and

• for logos you will also receive the vector file (.ai, .svg & .pdf).

Please be aware that the commission price could be more expensive depending on the level of effort. Meaning complex commissions are priced differently, but this will be individually discussed.

I only accept payment through PayPal!

I demand the full price in advance so that I will start working on your commission.

An example of how the commission should work:

1. You fill out the order form

2. I will inform you if I can accept the commission. You will then receive the following information from me:

   • The price of the commission (if it should be raised, due to complexity),

   • the deadline I estimate and

   • references from me.

3. After you agree to the terms above I will send you an invoice via PayPal, as well as your Commission Number and Client Number.

I will make sketches and drafts and send them to you as soon as you have paid the invoice and I have received the payment. During this process, you will not get the WIP images in full or high resolution, but in thumbnail size. Those images are not suitable for wallpaper, print or something alike!

I will try to send you WIP images at regular intervals so that you can follow the process and make suggestions for changes. Please try to tell me your suggested changes as early as possible, because the further I go with the picture, the more difficult it will be to make changes.

You will get your files of the commission via a Google Drive download link.

You can contact me through every social media plattform I have an account in, however I would prefer the contact via email.

If you still have any question about commissioning me, please don't be shy asking me. :)

• You are not allowed to use your commission piece to sell it as a NFT! 

• I don't draw NSFW content (porn, gore, political motives, etc.).

• You can post your commission wherever you want and you don't have to credit me.

• Short deadlines are not feasible. 

• Avatars and illustrations will always be watermarked (my logo).

• The commercial use of my drawings/paintings and designs (logos) are not allowed! 

  • This means e.g. that the resale of the commissions is not permitted.

• I generally don't send .psd or similar files! 

  • The reason for this is that I always want to be able to show that I am the creator of my pictures.

• I reserve the right to terminate any commission at any time.

  • In that case you will of course get your money back and you maybe also get the work I have done at that point for free.

• I reserve the right to post the images anywhere I want for marketing purposes.

• I'm not an archive for your commissioned images. Therefore, please remember to backup your data yourself!

  • Although, I usually have all the data and can send it to you again on demand, but I can also lose this data as well.

• There is no refund after I finished a commission!

  • You can send a request while I am working on the commission to cancel the commission. Any overpayments will be refunded in this scenario, though I will keep a certain amount of money, when I have already started to work. I will send you the work I've done so far.
